༅། །ཕྲན་གྱིས་སྐབས་ག་གེ་མོ་ཞིག་ཏུ་གོ་ཐོས་ལ། རང་ཅག་བོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་༸སྐྱབས་དང་མགོན་༸སྤྱི་ནོར་གོང་ས་༸ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་མཆོག་གིས་གསུངས་དོན། ཕྱི་རོལ་པ་སྟེ་དད་ཆོས་རྗེས་འབྲངས་པས་འདོད་ཚུལ་ལྟར་གྱི་ཀུན་བཏགས་ཀྱི་བདག་དང་། རང་རེའི་གྲུབ་མཐའ་སྨྲ་བ་དག་གིས་འདོད་པའི་མཚན་གཞིའི་བདག་ཅིག་འཇོག་ན། དེས་ན་གྲུབ་མཐས་བློ་བསྒྱུར་མ་བསྒྱུར། བརྡ་ཤེས་མི་ཤེས་གང་གིས་ཡང་ལིང་ལིང་བར་འཛིན་པའི་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་བདག་དེ་ཇི་བརྟན་དུ་བཏང་བ་དང་འདྲ་ཞེས་པ་ལས་འཕྲོས། འཇིག་རྟེན་ཏེ་ཐུན་མོང་དང་ཐུན་མིན་གྱི་ལས་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་སྣོད་དང་བཅུད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་འབྱུང་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་ནི་དོན་གྱི་རྫུན་ཏེ། ངེས་རྟོན་གང་ཡང་མེད་པར་རྨོངས་པས་ད་དུང་དེའི་ཁར་ཚུལ་འཆོས་ཀྱི་རྫུན་འབག་ཅིག་གྱོན་ཐུབ་པ་ནི་ཕྱི་མས་སྔ་མ་ཇི་བརྟན་དུ་བཏང་བ་མིན་ནམ།

མཐའ་རྒུད་སྙིང་པོ་བྲལ་ན་ཡང་།།

དང་ཐོག་ཨ་གསར་དུས་དེར་གཡེངས།།

སྐྱེན་པའི་རྣམ་རྟོག་རླུང་གིས་བསྐུལ།།

རྟ་བཞིན་ཤ་ཐང་འཇལ་བར་བྲེལ།།

ཀྱེ་མ་ངོ་མ་ཨ་གསར་ཙམ།།

བར་བར་ནང་བལྟ་འདྲ་ནུས་ན།།

མཆོར་སྒེག་མདུན་གྱི་ལྟད་མོ་དེ།།

དེ་ཙམ་ཡོད་པ་ཡོལ་དེའི་དྲིན།།

བོད་ཡིག བོད་ཀྱི་རིག་གནས་རྒྱལ་ལོ།།

When I leave, I want to let go of everything and that with a sound preparation in advance

When I leave and let go of, I do so with a prior notice in the form of a long silence, the lacuna that you can't get hooked onto in any ways whatsoever, a secrecy, a mystery that I want to keep sequestered even from myself sometimes. That's what I want to add as a form of obituary to the loss of thee, His Eminence Ngari Rinpoche chok, the younger brother of His Holiness the great 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet.  Two elder brothers and one elder sister of thee already passed along the path that way..., my ultimate Guru, and now thy younger brother, your childhood playmate back then against a background looming with great uncertainty or human-created-doomscape.

Does His Holiness the great 14th Dalai Lama advocate Laicism?

For now, we do seriously need to give a close look at 'why His Holiness the great 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet willingly devolved his centuries old full political authority to a people-elected leader (Kalontripa to  Sikyong) at the outset of 2011, with his half onus of it having already passed on to the same leader of Tibetans diaspora.' He has now and again emphasized on the need of clear demarcation between the religious and political institutions, namely political or worldly deeds for the laity and spiritual deeds for the ordained. From this very act, not just speech and moralizing over, it can be perceived that he advocates laicism at institutional level, namely at functioning level. But at the same time, he has emphasized on the co-existence of, as per the Western term, 'church and state' and that at individual level, namely a politician or a political leader with a strong moral fiber shall prove more domos-oriented or come out as the real utilitarian doer of a public servant. 

Though our democracy in exile is still nascent, thanks for the grandness of HHDL's view and vision and courage, we are proudly sort of one hundred years ahead of those states where a commoner or plebeian can't sound off a phrase of dissatisfaction or being disgruntled against his leader or king or monarch, etc. But we should still work hard to pave the way for that clear demarcation between the two institutions that are sort of more or less jumbled for the time being. 

Wishing His Holiness the great 14th Dalai Lama a very Happy 88th Birthday

 

"Oh no, it's almost certain that I will die, but what will happen to my fellow Tibetans?" (The majority in Tibet, without even the basic human or individual rights that we take for granted in a free state; the minority in exile, without a doing beacon who does what he or she says or thinks.) 

Can even one of our parents think so for the rest of the family in such a situation, when the vehicle that Science has ventured to make it airborne has begun to rattle and shake and careen wildly? Who is our only one in such a situation? Don't underestimate him, when you think that you're well fed so far in a free state. 

My personal way of wishing His Holiness the great fourteenth Dalai Lama on his 88th Birthday. 

Long live His Holiness the great 14th Dalai Lama: My root-guru

So I stand still like a tree, as per Acharya Shantideva's words in his chef d'oeuvre, A Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life, when one's, here my own, root-guru (or guru) is being groundlessly defamed by someone or more in the name of 'speaking up' or 'concern' like for 'animals' rights', 'women's rights', 'children's rights', 'sexual harassment', etc.--those catchy, attractive wordings so innocently vulnerable. But the question is can the media, so biased and sensationalism-starved by now, uphold its own principles practically as being taught academically in the stream of journalism before a luring candy (life-changing it can be but individually and worldly) posed by a sinner zeroing in on obstructing human flourishment in terms of freedom of expression, faith, gathering and determining one's own course of life? Can it be possible of living out, freely despite being just worldly, and that out of propagating just 'sensationalism' for the majority of a human mass so unfamiliar with 'ratiocinating', 'self-inspection', 'self-discovery' in this digital or internet era? I am so sure,  however, those sensationalism-starved Indian media outlets are destined to burst at last out of being over-inflated, biasedly self-interested. And so, by and large, an unbiased human sense reigns ever like one's true inner sense so subtle, so unfamiliar with our being familiar with just grossness or coarseness or crude self-interests of ours.
